Instrumentation Toolkit Pro is a field calculation and reporting app for instrumentation, calibration, commissioning, and maintenance work. This policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used.
Instrumentation Toolkit Pro lets you enter technical and work-related information such as instrument tags, service descriptions, locations, signal ranges, calibration values, loop check details, report notes, photo reference numbers, company name, technician name, certificate details, email address, and an optional company logo.
This information is used only to provide the app features you choose to use, including calculators, saved tag records, calibration certificates, loop check records, field reports, and PDF report headers.
The app stores saved tag records and profile details locally on your device using app storage. The optional company logo is also stored locally if you choose to add it.
Instrumentation Toolkit Pro does not operate a developer server for this release and does not upload your saved records, profile details, calculations, reports, or logo to a developer-controlled backend.
The app may let you select an image from your device gallery for the optional company logo. The selected image is used only for your report profile and is stored locally in the app.
The current field report workflow records photo reference numbers or filenames and field notes. It does not require camera or storage permissions for collecting site photos.
When you generate a PDF certificate, loop check, or field report, the PDF is created on your device. If you choose to share or print a PDF, your device operating system and the destination app or service you select may process that file according to their own privacy practices.
If you purchase a subscription, payment processing is handled by Google Play. Instrumentation Toolkit Pro does not receive or store your full payment card details. Google may provide subscription status or purchase confirmation information needed to activate paid features, subject to Google Play's policies.
This release does not include third-party advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs.
Instrumentation Toolkit Pro does not sell your data. The app does not share your locally stored records with the developer. Information leaves the app only when you choose to export, print, or share a PDF, or when subscription processing is handled by Google Play.
Saved records and profile details remain on your device until you edit them, delete them where the app provides that option, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. PDFs that you share, print, save, or send outside the app are controlled by the destination app, storage location, or recipient.
The app is designed to keep its records on your device for this release. You are responsible for protecting your device, device backups, and any exported PDFs that may contain worksite, company, technician, or asset information.
Instrumentation Toolkit Pro is intended for professional and technical use. It is not directed to children.
Because this release does not upload app records to a developer server, the developer does not perform international transfers of your locally stored app records. Google Play and any third-party apps or services you choose for sharing, printing, backup, or subscription processing may process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.
This policy may be updated when app features, data handling, or legal requirements change. The updated version will include a new "Last updated" date.
